1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item or Defective Product: If you received the wrong design, size, or a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Sizing Issues: If your custom t-shirt does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the t-shirt has not been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Design Errors: If there’s an error in the design that is our fault, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

3. Return Process

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. In that case, we will cover the return shipping.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and labels intact. Custom designs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or design issues. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or design, please ensure that the product is unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. We will send out the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Refunds

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized items with personalized designs that were created as per your request are generally non-returnable unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Sale or discounted items are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds
